Grilled corn is one my favorites. I actually made it just last weekend and will probably make it again very soon. I feel like the flavor is just so much better when you grill corn vs. boiling it. But hey, that’s just my opinion and I’m no professional chef.

Spicy Shrimp Skewers

I know this says fast and easy summer recipes but technically it is. It’s not like you have to stare at the refrigerator the entire time it’s marinating. Anyways, I could eat grilled shrimp for the rest of my life and be perfectly happy about that. I love shrimp, especially spicy shrimp. I love spicy shrimp even more so when Sriracha is included in the mix.
