Bike Central Park with Bike and Roll New York City

OutdoorFest 2015: Free Fitness Outdoors

Come and go as you please to this afternoon-long fitness festival. Bring a yoga mat for yoga at 3:30 p.m., a 60 minute vinyasa class by Angelica Olstad of Pop Up Yoga NYC, suitable for all levels. Running groups will be a moderate/easy pace for tours of the island at 12:30pm. Boot camp at 2pm is for everybody and will be fun! If nothing else, come by and have a picnic. Take your shoes off. Play in the grass. Sit under a tree. Relax… living in NYC doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the great outdoors.
